These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website trekeasy.in and all trekking, travel, and related services offered by TrekEasy. By accessing this website, making a booking, or participating in any trek, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking Terms

1.1 All bookings made through trekeasy.in, WhatsApp, call, or any authorized channel are subject to acceptance by TrekEasy.
1.2 A booking shall be deemed confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment and issuance of a booking confirmation.
1.3 TrekEasy reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any booking at its sole discretion without obligation to disclose reasons.
1.4 Participants must provide accurate personal, medical, and identification details at the time of booking. Any misrepresentation may result in cancellation without refund.
1.5 All trekkers are required to comply with trek guidelines, safety instructions, and decisions taken by trek leaders or support staff during the trek.

2. Availability

2.1 All treks and services are subject to availability, weather conditions, terrain safety, forest department permissions, and government regulations.
2.2 TrekEasy reserves the right to reschedule, alter, or cancel any trek itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to natural calamities, road closures, safety risks, or administrative restrictions.
2.3 Display of availability on the website does not guarantee a confirmed slot.

3. Payment Policy

3.1 An advance payment is mandatory to secure a trek booking.
3.2 The balance amount, if applicable, must be paid prior to the trek start date as specified during booking.
3.3 Payments may be made through UPI, bank transfer, online payment gateways, or other approved methods.
3.4 TrekEasy shall not be held responsible for payment failures, delays, or errors caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party service providers.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1 All cancellation requests must be communicated via call, WhatsApp, or email.
4.2 No refund shall be applicable for cancellations made within 7 (seven) days of the trek start date.
4.3 During peak seasons, long weekends, festive periods, or special departure batches, no refunds shall be provided under any circumstances.
4.4 No refunds shall be issued for:

  • No-shows
  • Early departure from the trek
  • Incomplete participation due to personal, medical, or fitness reasons
  • Force majeure events beyond TrekEasy’s control
    4.5 In the event that TrekEasy cancels a trek due to unavoidable circumstances, customers may be offered a rescheduling option or refund as per internal policy.
    4.6 Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable time frame through the original mode of payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Trekking and adventure activities involve inherent risks. TrekEasy shall not be liable for injury, illness, loss, damage, or delays arising from natural conditions, participant negligence, or third-party actions.
7.2 Participants undertake all treks at their own risk and are responsible for their physical fitness and preparedness.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur.
